General Policies
Purchase: Aristos Art does not accept retail orders. Retail customers will be
referred to one of our Dealers in their vicinity.
Prices:
Aristos Art does not disclose nor advertise prices except to registered dealers.
Dealers may view Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and their wholesale
discount by logging in with their user name and password. (Shipping and handling
costs are not included in the prices.)
Payments:
Aristos Art Frames are custom made for each order.
Therefore, payment is required at the time an order is placed.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, wire transfer and check.
Aristos Art will not begin work on your frame until payment has been
received. Aristos does not accept
C.O.D. terms.
Custom
Orders:
The Dealer is responsible for providing the specifications to which each Aristos
Art Frame will be custom made. Upon
placing an order, the Dealer will receive a confirmation email specifying the
type of frame, dimensions and specifications of the TV. It is the Dealer’s responsibility to review, verify and
confirm the accuracy of the specifications on the order. It is also the Dealers responsibility to maintain and
demonstrate to End Users actual samples of the wood frames and Optical filter
for the End User’s order verification.
Tolerances:
The Aristos Art Frame™ will be produced to within plus or minus .125 inches
(.25 inches tolerance) of the dimensions provided to ARISTOS.
Returns:
All frames are custom made and therefore all sales are final.
Aristos Art does not accept returns, except for defective parts or
workmanship. Contact the
Manufacturer if errors, flaws or damage to the frame are found. If required, a
Return Authorization Number (RA) will be issued and the product should be
returned to the Manufacturer within 7 Days.
The Manufacturer will not accept returned frames unless these procedures
are followed. Goods must be returned in original packaging and packed as
received. Aristos Art will pay the
cost of shipping the replacement product to the dealer. Aristos Art will not issue refunds on returned goods; but, at
its option, repair or replace the defective product.
Cancellations:
An order may be cancelled at no charge within forth-eight hours of its
placement,
after which time the sale is final.
Delivery
Time:
Aristos Art Frames™ will ship within 7 business days from the time an order
has been received, payments and technical specifications have been verified. Aristos Art Frames™ with optical reflective glass may take
up to six weeks to ship. Expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost to the Dealer.
Damage Claims: All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before
leaving the manufacturing plant. It
is the Dealer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of
arrival and document any visible damage on the receiving ticket before signing
it, and to notify the Manufacturer and the shipper.
Upon arrival of the product unpack and inspect it for conformation with
the order, flaws or damage. Contact
the Manufacturer if errors, flaws or damage to the frame are found, and return
the product within 14 days. The
Manufacturer will not accept returned frames unless these procedures are
followed.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific
Time.
Warranty: Except for defective materials and workmanship, as described above, there
are no warranties on the product.
Installation: The Dealer is responsible for safe and proper
installation.
Maintenance: The
Aristos Art Frame requires no special maintenance. The frame may be dusted with a clean, soft cloth.
Cleaners, polishes or waxes should not be applied to the frame.
The Optical Reflective Glass should be cleaned with a non-ammonia glass
cleaner.
